Try This Delicious Toast With Sautéed Dandelion Greens Recipe

To make up to four servings of this scrumptious dandelion toast recipe, you’ll need:

  • Around eight ounces or a bunch of dandelion greens with a portion of the stems discarded
  • A thinly sliced small red onion
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes
  • A teaspoon of grated lemon zest
  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Four ounces of feta cheese
  • A loaf of ciabatta bread
  • A quarter of a cup of plain yogurt
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Start by warming up the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the red pepper flakes and the onion. Sauté for six minutes until they’re just tender.
